Signing of the lease

The signatory(ies) of the lease and their guarantor must be present at the signing.

The signing takes place at our premises. You will need to present ID and your original documents.

The original lease will be delivered to you by hand.

Supporting documents to submit your file:

Copy of ID (Swiss identity card or passport, residence permit or legitimation card for foreign nationals)
Salary certificate or last 3 payslips
Certificate of solvency from the Debt Collection and Bankruptcy Office of the current place of residence (original document less than 3 months old)
Companies must also provide us with the following documents: the extract from the Commercial Register, a copy of the ID of the representative(s) and the last two balance sheets and profit and loss accounts (certified by a trustee)
