QUARTET is made up of 11 buildings interconnected by floors, forming a whole

and customizable. All spaces are flexible and divisible. The different surfaces
can be rented individually or combined together, up to renting a wing
of a building.
The surfaces are approximately 650 m2 per floor. Two buildings Q8 and Q9 are intended for office activity. Each building is on 6 levels above ground. The areas are delivered heated and equipped with toilet blocks. The floors and walls are left raw so that the space can be adapted according to operating needs, while technical ducts are provided for the installation of a cooling system. The buildings are delivered with a sprinkler system and have sanitary blocks on each floor.
