The Gerofinance | Régie du Rhône | Barnes Group, a player in the real estate sector, is mainly present in French-speaking Switzerland and in the German-speaking cantons.

Building on its development, it has become a key player in this business sector, thanks in particular to controlled growth, a long-term strategy, as well as the reliability of its employees.

In order to support the Group in its development, the Management has developed a strong quality management system (QMS), certified according to the ISO 9001:2015 standard and making it possible to obtain the performance essential for the continuous improvement of its processes.

The Group's management and all employees are therefore committed to providing quality services to its owner customers, co-owners, cooperative members, tenants and other partners (stakeholders), and to constantly improving its services while taking into account the economic, social and environmental aspects in a respectful and reasoned manner.
