We attach great importance to the quality and stability of our employees.
In the field of property management, knowledge of the technical and property characteristics of a building combined with interpersonal relationships (relationship with the owner, the community of tenants, suppliers, the caretaker) is the guarantee of lasting and peaceful management, beneficial to all parties.
Training is a primordial commitment for all. We benefit from the USPI’s Training Label confirming that we make special efforts to promote the education of our employees, so as to guarantee a high level of knowledge and professionalism.
Our philosophy
In accordance with our Human Resources policy, we are committed to:
Recruit and retain top-level employees, provide a pleasant and motivating work environment and develop continuing training programmes.
Facilitate the integration of new employees into our company with a careful and personalised welcome including a training programme linked to the position held and thus allow our employees to increase their knowledge and know-how, while contributing to their professional and private development.
We are also committed to the future of our profession by training apprentices and professional maturity trainees as well as Immodéfistes. For this training, USPI is innovating by collaborating with disability insurance (AI), which makes it possible to offer certain recipients of rehabilitation services the opportunity to return to working life. The success of this training is due not only to the quality of the theory taught but above all to the on-site internship monitored by an agency professional.
In addition, some of our highly-qualified employees are employed as trainers on APGCI/USPI/SVIT courses for apprentices and real estate professionals and experts on the Federal manager certificate examinations.
Our commitment was recently rewarded by obtaining the "SEFRI" ("State Secretariat for Training, Research and Innovation) label attesting to our status as a training company We rely on the excellence of ongoing training by offering not only external training but also by creating and monitoring an internal training programme "Training passport" for all employees (multi-service training with executives or external stakeholders. Around 3,000 hours per year of internal / external training, or more than CHF 150,000.00 per year).
In 2020, our group was 1st and received the award from the magazine "Bilan des meilleurs employeurs 2020".
The Gerofinance | Régie du Rhône - Barnes group comes first in the chapters devoted to CSR, the organisation of working time, vacations and holidays, mobility and other benefits. See article in the Bilan magazine of 2 September 2020 "The 75 best employers in French-speaking Switzerland".
