In 2007, at the instigation of Jérôme Félicité, Gerofinance took over Régie Dunand. Four years later, Gerofinance-Dunand bought Régie de la Couronne. Then in 2016, in order to position itself in Terre Sainte, the company bought the brand Ed. Lacour in Coppet and renamed itself Gerofinance-Dunand | Régie de la Couronne. Finally, in 2019 the group finalised the buyout of Régie du Rhône and thus became the real estate leader in French-speaking Switzerland. The group's expansion and its territorial deployment have enabled it to offer its customers a real understanding of local markets.
